RACE HORSES / ROBLOX DATA

Traits and shiny: start with the facts.

The developer confirms random traits and shiny variants. Exact lists, effects and rates still need in-game evidence.

Source review: September 23, 2026 · Sources & verification notes

Confirmed by the developer: coats, eye sizes and traits are random; shiny variants and ultra-rare “1-in-X” traits exist. The official Race Horses page ↗ does not publish a complete trait list or a shiny drop rate.

How to use an in-game 1-in-X value

If the current game screen shows a 1-in-X chance for one specific outcome, enter that number in the hatch odds calculator to see the mathematical chance across repeated independent attempts. Check which egg, trait, event and boosts the number applies to. A shiny chance multiplied by a trait chance would require evidence that those rolls are independent; this wiki does not assume that.

Compare the horses you actually have

Use the personal horse tracker to record the tier, exact in-game trait label, shiny status and race wins of each horse. The log stays in your browser. This helps you compare your own horses without turning one result into a global drop-rate claim.

For the six sourced tiers and their badge links, see the rarity reference. Review date for the official game description: September 23, 2026. A screenshot or repeatable in-game observation is needed before adding numeric trait, shiny or performance tables.
